We had a great stay at the property. Reception staff were really friendly and called us when our room was ready earlier than expected. Room was lovely with a great view and everything you could need. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and lots of options and it never felt too busy. Rooftop pool was lovely and Be.kini staff were friendly and efficient. We always managed to get a lounger though at times it was busy. Housekeeping staff were friendly and reception checked on us after a few days as we had our do not disturb sigh up which I thought was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but buzzy area

Had to call them 5-6 times (they forgot several times) to come fix toilet flush which stopped working. Hotel is nice but reception is in a different building than hotel (but very close). Area is VERY noisy and busy (party area) so if you want relaxing calm area this is not for you. Very friendly staff and professional. Their sea view is extremely limited (looks like a tiny lake you see from distance) not pretty much like advertised. Check Google Maps before booking that you’re ok with the distance to water. Lots of great things in the area. You’ll like it. Good breakfast but very repetitive. Same food every freaking day with zero variation.

Good stay with comfortable hotel

Well located hotel, in good condition and with friendly staff. A little noisy as located right on top of the main strip of St Julian’s so something to consider. The rooftop pool is nice to hang out on but gets very busy.

Pro’s - the breakfast is great and the staff is helpful. Con’s - the rooms are very noisy- basically between 8pm to 5 am you fill like you are in a disco. No soundproof at all. So if you travel with kids this is a challenge. Also, be aware that the hotel is situated in a shopping mall, and to reach the pool you have to cross the mall area. I recommend this hotel if you party during the night. If you want a quiet place you can think on other place.

10/10 - FAULTLESS I celebrated my 29th birthday here over a weekend with 22 friends and the hotel accommodated to every single need I requested. They went above and beyond for me, the treatment and customer service I received was like no other. We could find no fault with the Be Hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the bay which was perfect. There is a lot of building going on in the area but this didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel. Breakfast was busy but very good.We would highly recommend the Be Hotel.

Very loud and noisy - stay away if you have kids

Hotel is in the mall so location is brilliant. The staff/receptionist were not that great. Took a one time to check in due to room issues. 2/3 staff were giving different answers to room type and very confusing especially with tired children. There was no care when assigned a room as we were given a room that was under construction which we very dangerous with children. When reported they were shocked but again didn’t do anything to compensate for it which to me was a bit disappointing. Stay away if you have children because there are clubs around and you wil not get a peaceful sleep especially the children. It was very loud and went on till 5/6am. So for that mainly reason I will not return back.

It was a great decision to choose St. Julians for our stay and then we stumbled upon Be.Hotel. We couldn't resist booking it given the fact it is right in the middle of a shopping complex surrounded by numerous party places. The location, staff, facilities and their hospitality stay unparalelled. We would love to be back to this place whenever we plan to visit Malta once more!

Just to let you know, you're not booked this hotel the pictures they make it look like it's heaven when it's not to get to the swimming pool you have to walk across an open public area to the other building to be able to go and swim the stuff is so rude when I arrived and the breakfast is so dead don't waste your money here.
