Hotel was nice but in a very busy area. There was a lot of building work going on nearby and a lot of cranes about etc but there was surprisingly no noise from the works when you were at the rooftop bar. Can’t really fault the hotel for building work going on near by. Hotel was clean, in a good location for nightlife and the beach. The air con in the room was very good. Overall a decent hotel.

Within walking distance of the party area and Spinola Bay, but quiet enough at night. Amenities in the room are limited and the toilet was leaking water during the night, this was promptly fixed by housekeeping. Good for a short stay
