Great hotel

The hotel is really nice and clean (daily cleaning). Located 5 min away from the lively area of St. Julian it offers access to lots of restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe an clean despite the construction site besides the hotel. We had booked a superior room or so, and offered us free access to minibar - which we loved it - and a complementary bottle of wine. Breakfast - continental - was good with lots of options. The only downside of the hotel was the unheated swimming pool. For the current time, the weather was excellent, but the water in the sea and swimming pool was ice cold which somehow cut down out enthusiasm. Overall I would comeback and recommend staying here.

Hotel was nice. Very functional and ticked all my boxes. I was able to use the facilities st the hotel next door - the Corinthia, which had several pools and lots of food & drink options. A functional, nice hotel for a weekend in the sun.

Tutto bene. Ci avevano promesso una camera lontana dal rumore e dalla vista delle gru, sono stati di parola. Ci siamo dimenticati che dietro al nostro hotel c'era un enorme cantiere. Vista spettacolare dalla camera. È vero che l'arredamento non ipermoderno , ma è comunque bello. Il bagno un po' datato ma spazioso e funzionale. Consigli? Rifare il wc e aggiungere un bidet nei bagni. Variare un po' di più l'offerta a colazione. Staff gentile sorridente e disponibile.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and caters to all. The facilities were good. Only problem is the booming music from across the bay, which you can hear from the room. I asked to move but had to wait one more night, and they only moved me a few rooms down. This isn’t the hotels fault but it should be more sound proof. There is construction going on next door but it’s not noticeable from inside the hotel, it’s not noisy or causing any issues. The bus stops right outside the hotel which is useful. The staff are friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

The rooms were quite dated and we had to have hotel help to access our room most nights as the key card never seemed to work. Major construction site adjacent to hotel at the minute, so hopefully that should improve. Staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast offering was kept well stocked with varied types of hot and cold selections.

It was not the right hotel for me. The sound isolation between the rooms is not good and a lot of noise outside from music and parties. Other than that, the staff was very nice and the hotel's location is pretty good. The hotel itself is also nice.

Every single member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. We tried three of the restaurants and they were all good but the Italian we visited twice as the service and food were superb.
