Second time using the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Vicksburg. Staff at the desk are great and helpful. My room was impeccable. No issues. I'm a picky person. The room was clean and nicely laid out by the cleaning staff. Bravo!

It was not the room that shows on their website or your website. The jacuzzi only had one working jet. The towel rack was hanging off wall. Shower barely worked and could not get in the safe.

When we got in our room and settled in we soon realized that the sink and tub was stopped up. The lady at the desk was nice and without hesitation moved us to a different room. It took a while for the water to get hot. There was some problems with the elevator as well. I only paid $52 so I guess you get what you pay for.
