Good staff, nice room, no microwave which I thought unusual. Nice place but when I went to check out I played my pillow on the chair by front desk and forgot it after checking out. Called next morning and they didn’t have it so pretty sure they threw it out which they should have put in lost and found!

Had a good stay, however the pool was down and that was literally the only reason we choose to stay here is because of closeness to event venue and pool for the kids. The kids were extremely disappointed.

The entire facility was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming across all parts of the hotel, and it was a perfect "home base" for a hockey game at Nationwide Arena. 100/10.
