"I booked this particular hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle. I followed the instructions of booking the shuttle one day before I had to fly out of the airport. The morning of, there was no one working at the front desk and the shuttle driver said he was unable to take me to the airport. Myself and several other guests each had to pay for a Lyft ride to the airport. Unsatisfactory. I will NEVER stay at the hotel again. "

"Breakfast was decent, nothing great but good options. The pool was very dirty, we actually cleaned it several times so we werent swimming with bugs. The spa was out of service. No towels at pool area on any day. Never received new towels for our room, we were told they ran out of towels. The rooms were decent, pretty clean. Refrigerator did not stay very cool which spoiled some of our food. Overall it was a decent hotel for a quick trip."

"Room was clean but it was obviously an old room with some new paint, carpet, and decorations. We arrived late at night so minimal staff would be expected but I had to walk around looking for someone and they were all outside on a cigarette break. We could hear everything in the hall and other occupants were loud, everything was a bit sketchy, won’t be staying there again."
