We were happy with how we were treated and the politeness of the staff. The only thing I can say I was upset about was they never told me about the deposit and what it’s even for and then I told the I was paying cash for my stay and was still charged. But I did call and they fixed it.

Clean room , breakfast was good but hot things were not very hot. Had to switch rooms because drain in bathroom was leaking. Gal at front desk was super helpful and very kind and professional 😊. Stool in bathroom are very small like a elementary level 🙁

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "
