I booked for my Mom and she is having a nice time! She seems to think everything is wonderful thus far. They still have breakfast to do but dinner was enjoyable and the place had been beautiful! Staff must be pretty good or she would be raising cane at me for having booked with them.

The building had incredible vintage Art Decor architecture. It is a must see. Bar was lively and had live jazz.

Very Dirty and needs updated

The building was very run down. Stains throughout hall way carpet. carpet in room coming up. Valet was not available due to type of car I was driving could not clear the entrance. Water was ff so we could not shower in the morning before we had to leave. The room was not super clean. Baseboards were dirty and bathroom was tiny. The area and floors in the lobby and area going to garage were filthy. Honestly probably the worst Hilton we have stayed in.

First morning no power, no water in the room. Second morning no hot water at all in faucet or shower. I spoke with front desk and they said if hotels.com approves the refund for the inconvenience, they would honor it

I was assigned to a room with someone else already staying in it. I then had to wait an hour at midnight to be helped and assigned a new room along with multiple other guests in the lobby waiting on rooms that had had the same thing happen to them. The staff was completely unprepared for a busy weekend.

Hotel is older building, very art deco and eclectic. Could use minor renovation, some paint, cracking plaster, but nothing that deters from its usability. Was a bit disappointed that you had to select a breakfast option instead of getting complimentary breakfast. Didn’t see that as an option. Air conditioner was quite noisy but did it’s job. Parking in public garage was $20 overnight - tolerable. I’d stay again.

Netherlands Hilton , Very Nice but you pay for it.

I was there two days to go to the Reds versus Dodgers series. There was a long wait for elevators when coming back from the game. Parking costs too much and the room even though I got a discounted rate. The Staff is professional and friendly. The property has the the amenities you would expect.

We were disappointed that we did not have a microwave in our room and that the hotel did not have a pool. The bathtub in our bathroom was cracked and it took a very long time to get more toilet paper. The employees seemed very unorganized when we asked about the tub. And for all the money we payed to stay there you would think you would have free parking.
