TownePlace suites was exceptionally nice overall. Very clean. Very convenient. Staff was great. Free breakfast was really good. It is on the corner of a busy intersection downtown so it does tend to be very noisy at night. I guess you can expect that from a downtown hotel. Overall, we had a great stay. And would stay at other Townplaces, maybe in a not so noisy location.

⸻ My stay at TownePlace Suites Downtown Cincinnati was great! The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and incredibly informative — their customer service was truly 20/10. They deserve a raise! The room was clean, modern, and although it was a bit small for a corner room, it was still very comfortable. Our room was located above the main entrance, so it was a bit noisy at times, but nothing too disruptive. We were in town for the Cincinnati Jazz Festival, and this hotel was in the perfect location for it. Overall, a solid stay and I would definitely return!

Nice hotel

Very clean room. Comfortable. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Not in a shopping district, but plenty of restauraunts of every type within walking distance. Breakfast included cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, fruit, waffles, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, link pork sausage and turkey sausage patties. Assorted fruit juices, milk, coffee. I came with my sister and niece for the Summer Worship Nights concert.
