This one-of-a-kind fully-furnished beautifully renovated Beach home Circa 1935 has it all: The Old Tybee Charm will WOW you with all the modern luxuries for family gatherings at the beach while home. The entire home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths plus extra showers in the game room/storage. The flexible floor plan has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Kitchen with SS appliances and an island, a great room, a dining area, original hardwood floors, and enclosed wrap-around porches on the 2nd floor. The first level consists of 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchen, a great room, and a large bonus room with a game room, storage, beach showers, and a laundry room. The home's great location with a very short walk to the beach sits on 2 corner lots and offers 6 parking spaces.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great location and home

Overall the house was nice! The downstairs was a little musty smelling and all of our older kids were stuffy and congested after staying down there. We found out the air conditioner downstairs was leaking and had to call the rental company and let them know.

2024 Beach Vaca with family

Great house! Just as described with plenty of room for everyone. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Small tech issue was handled by April very quickly. Game room was awesome and a fun spot on rainy days. We will stay here again!

There were nine total adults and everyone had their own space to get away when needed but the house has wonderful places for us all to gather. Short walk to beach was a plus.

Great time!!

It was a wonderful time. We had 10 adults and one teenager. Enough room for all! We enjoyed cornhole, ping pong and the tiki toss. Not to mention the close walk to beach. We even had the crew walk to the beach bum festival! We had a blast

Celebrating 30th birthday with friends

We had an AMAZING stay here at Tybee island! We had 11 adults with us and the house comfortably slept every single one of them! Perfect location, close to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend larger groups to stay here!! Check-in and check-out process was super easy! This house is definitely a little gem!

The only disappointing thing about the entire stay here was that the AC upstairs was not working at all. My friends could barely sleep at night or lounge in the living room. AC people showed up an hour or less after we checked in. Kind of caught a lot of us off guard. We didn’t realize there was a problem then. It seemed to not work at all after they left. They said they would be back cause they were missing a part to fix. They never showed back up to my knowledge. The host was really quick with responding! Hope they get the AC fixed before the next guests.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We stay in Tybee every summer and this was the most beautiful and the cleanest house we have rented! The game room was perfect for the teenagers. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the shops were a close walk as well. We can tell that this house is loved by the owners and well taken care of! Beautiful details throughout. We would rent here again!
