Overall we had an okay stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again. We called ahead to confirm the pool was heated prior to booking, and it was by technicality but my toddler, who wanted to swim every day, was coming out of the water with blue lips and shivering every single time. I refused to get in and my husband said it was horribly cold. Breakfast was pretty overrun and often multiple things were out every time we checked. Thankfully we planned ahead for our toddler and had things in the room for her but it was a disappointment. For a new hotel, we were shocked how thin the walls were and how much noise you could hear every evening. Again, an alright stay but we won’t stay here again most likely.

Nice hotel, good location, excellent condition. Like having a studio apartment. Nice gym. Excellent breakfast for a 2/3 star hotel. Many good options to accommodate different dietary needs. I’ll be looking for Home2 suites on all future travels.

We tried to check in at 6pm and were told the room wasn’t ready, it hadn’t been cleaned. Check into was supposed to be 3 or 4 Pretty sad, to avoid just standing in the lobby while someone cleaned the room. We carried all our luggage back to the car and went out to eat, i would have appreciated a chance to clean up first or a recognition discount for the inconvenience.

We have never stayed at Home 2 Suites before, and it would not be our first choice in the future. Upon arrival it looked really nice. Jimmy was very helpful to us and our elderly Mom which we are extremely appreciative. Unfortunately there were too many other negatives within the hotel that soured our experience. First off the setup for the handicap is not the best. The roll in shower looked great, but there is nothing preventing the water from going all over the bathroom which is very dangerous for an elderly/handicapped person. Second the bed was pretty high making it hard to get into bed. Breakfast One of the worst hotel breakfast areas we have seen. It was an unappetizing mess. Nothing was full and the countertops were dirty. The yogurt station just gross. There should be a small refrigerator for the eggs and dairy products. leaving the bus bins on the countertop for the guests to put their dishes is unsanitary and not a nice visual. Last they should alert the guests that breakfast will be ending instead of silently shutting the door. Other things First the workout room and pool should not be so close to the rooms. Second spend the money on better do not disturb signs because your current ones are so flimsy that they slide right off as soon as you use the door. Also there are no clocks in the rooms. Lastly please do away with the make tipping easy signs that are everywhere. Suggesting that your guests should tip all of your employees is tacky.

Property appeared to be new. Comfortable bathroom. Very nice hot breakfast set up and food options. I liked the pet designated area. I prefer firmer pillows and stronger coffee, but I would stay there again and recommend them to friends and family.
