Quiet, convenient location, family-friendly, close to restaurants, shopping, library, marina, bike trail, large yard, spacious kitchen, golf, sailing, boating, skiing, cross-country ski. The house has a roomy living space with a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of natural daylight. The dining area has plenty of seating for your family.
The open kitchen has an oven and a refrigerator and adequate counter space as well as all the utensils and dishes you'll need for your vacation.
Our large, fenced-in yard with picnic table and barbecue gas grill invites you and your family to enjoy outside dining.
Our vacation house is in a quiet location only a short walking distance to Betsie Bay and the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Main Street and the Betsie Valley Trail are right around the corner.
The house has a roomy living space with a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of natural daylight. The private bedroom has easy access to the bathroom.

Fall Color Tour
Close to downtown. Within one hour drive of so many things. Hosts were great. check in process gave us great directions to find what might have been hard to otherwise. Only draw back was the lack of electrical outlets to charge devices in the bedroom. We had a great trip and just love the Frankfort/M-22 area of Michigan.

A great spot for our week in Frankfort!
The space was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the outdoor table and garden, where we could check in with the bunnies and butterflies (and our hosts, from time to time). Thank you!

Nice minibreak in Frankfort
The property was just as advertised/depicted in the photos. Wil and Beth are very accommodating and helpful and shared some great recommendations of activities in and around Frankfort. The rental is convenient to downtown Frankfort and about a 10-15 minute walk from the Lake Michigan beach on a very quiet street with little traffic. The house worked well for our family of three, air conditioning was nice for some warmer evenings. There was plenty of space to store three bikes which was great.

Great little house with perfect location
My family ( 2 adults and 2 kids) very much enjoyed our stay in this little cottage. It was just what we needed and a great home base during our stay in Frankfort. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful too! We will definitely be staying here again!

lovely stay
We had a wonderful visit to Frankfort. This was our second trip to this little town and first stay at this property. It was clean and is in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed walks every morning to get our coffee and every evening to the beach to watch the sunset. The host were very kind and welcoming. The cottage was much smaller than anticipated. Could use some minor accommodation improvements such as new bath towels and linens. Overall, lovely visit.

We usually stay with friends who have a Summer home in Frankfort but their home was undergoing renovations and they couldn't host us. This small cottage was just what we needed; a bedroom, bathroom, & kitchen. Very clean and close to everything!

Our 4th year
This is the 4th year we've rented from Wil and Beth and the third time we've rented the Beach House. It's the perfect little place for our family of four since our boys are pretty young (3 & 6). The playground, shops, restaurants and beach are all a short walk away. The house is small, but perfect for a couple or family with little kids, especially if you spend most of your time out exploring. The property is always clean, the owners are pleasant and responsive, and so we keep coming back here every summer!
