"I spent a little over two weeks here, and have never felt so comfortable in a hotel! Everyone was friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and well stocked. The pool was nice and warm, and I enjoyed it daily."

"This hotel is dangerous and dirty. I booked a room online but when I got there a group of robbers were in the parking lot smoking and looking for people to rob. I didnt check in because I was in fear for my life. I requested a refund and the hotel manager denied it although I basically just drove in and out and didn’t check in. "

"The staff was very welcoming and warm. The front desk attendant extended my check out so I could shower after SCUBA diving before I got on the road home. I extremely grateful. "

"I have stayed at this property several times before, and I have enjoyed each visit. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has great amenities. I loved my spa treatment. My son had an awesome time sliding down into the pool. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be a more organized evacuation plan in place. I had the experience of evacuating my room due to a fire alarm signal. Thank goodness my husband knew where the stars were. So many guests were confused as how to access the stairs.There need to be more visible signs as how to access the stairs as well as management presence needs to be visible. We were outside for a while before other guests said we can return to our rooms. There should be someone from the property directing us to get back inside. In addition, there should also be access to use the stairs to get back to our rooms. It was very chaotic returning to our rooms because everyone was trying to access the 2 elevators. Thank goodness it was a false alarm, and everyone was safe. However, I will definitely suggest management taking a look at their evacuation plan. Nevertheless, our stay was truly amazing, and we all look forward to spending time at this property again. "

"Crystal was an amazing host, She was most certainly the sweetest ever, The entire home was beautifully put together nicely, I felt as if it was a home away from home, The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The kids enjoyed and slept comfortable as well. Most definitely will be back again and will mist certainly recommend. 5 Star review 10/10 "
