Great place near Rochester.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable, & modern. The morning breakfast was great. Price was reasonable. Parking was tight but that was because they wear black topping their back parking lot. Great place.

The inn exceeded expectations with its pristine cleanliness and welcoming comfort. I enjoyed one of the best nights of rest I’ve had in a long time and immediately felt at home. Had to stop off for the night and arrived late. Easy check in and safe parking. Clean, well decorated room, cozy bed, clean updated bathroom. Worked from the lobby the next AM. Nice, small complimentary breakfast. Walls were a little thin so I could hear my neighbors, but it wasn't too bad. Would stay again!

Our room was in the main building. No issues or concerns. It was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Curtains blocked the light well for sleep. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was easy to get a seat and items were refilled quickly. We did have dinner one night at the connected restaurant and it was delicious. This was a great central spot to explore NYS parks in the area: Green Lakes, Tinker Falls, and Labrador Hollow. This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this spot. 😁
