The hotel was very clean and decor was updated. There was a full breakfast with several choices available. The beds were comfortable, there was a small workout room and a restaurant on the premises. The area was very quiet and the hotel room was quiet as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location seemed rather remote, but close to the airport, and yet not so close you were bothered by noise. Finally, the price was reasonable for a stay in the Syracuse area.

Staff was excellent!! Very friendly!! Love love love the statue of St Francis and St Christopher and the story. How wonderful to see such a thing when this works is so focused on everyone being offended by something. Wonderful breakfast. Shuttle to airport was quick and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time we fly.

Great Hotel
Unfortunately, we had an early flight out and didn’t get to enjoy the accommodations as much as we would have liked. Definitely we will go back the next time we’re in the area.

A little hard to find, but a nice, quiet place!
Pros:I liked the cleanliness, the staff, the shower, the bed, and the breakfast.
Cons:How about planting a few more shrubberies outside?
Location:Ah, central New York State in the summer, it's as close to heaven-on-earth as one can get. Just go 10 minutes away from the city in any direction.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 days over a weekend, for a wedding. Although this place is somewhat off the main path, it is close to the airport, close to Syracuse and to the Thruway. The staff were very polite and efficient, and delivered a slight New York ambiance along with very helpful instructions on finding food and traveling about. Our room was on the third floor, and served by a fast and efficient elevator. The room was clean, linens were good, TV was a nice large flat screen. The shower was a giant walk-in shower with glass doors, but no bathtub (but really, who, other than children, take baths at hotels?). There were no Chicago-type tricks with the shower head either, it delivered a full volume of hot water and even had a hand shower available. Since there isn't a swimming pool at this hotel, that reduced the number of kiddies running around the halls at late hours to almost none, which made sleeping here very easy. In the morning, there was an excellent breakfast available for free, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, and I always had a fresh cooked waffle from their waffle machines, which were new, clean and easy to use. If you are an adult, looking for a peaceful place to stay that is not too expensive, you can't go wrong with the Sleep Inn and Suites Airport!
