Superb location in downtown Toronto. Very clean well appointed room with very comfortable King size bed. Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Nice cafe located in the Lobby area and Tim Hortons also located right across the street.

The staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was so clean, our room was spotless and so cozy. It felt less like a hotel room and more like home than any other place we’ve stayed. I loved it and told my husband we have to make another trip to Toronto just to stay at the Union again! And it smells devine!!!

Meh. Arrived 1 hour after check-in started and it still took nearly 40 minutes (with two people at the two person front desk). Room was clean but not quiet. Heard people talking text door and when someone dropped a glass in the room above. Light coming in around our closed door. Loud HVAC fan.

The checkin process was a breeze and quick. Customer service was top notch. The room was clean and the decor was beautiful. I really like the style of the hotel. Although we didn’t use any amenities on site, I am sure they are great as well as the restaurant was full!! This is always a good sign. We will definitely be back!
