Nice modern hotel that is well located. The room was very clean and had modern amenities like USB/C ports in the nightstand as well as touch controls for the whole room. The hotel was nicely designed from the coffee shop to the Dia restaurant. The staff were friendly and there was a security guard at the main entrance. They had a free wine tasting in the lobby in the evening which was a nice touch. While they state that they only have valet parking for $55, there is an underground parking garage right around the corner that is &30 for overnight parking. There is a Tim Hortons, McDonald’s and a Starbucks all within a 2 min walk. The location is good as well. It is a 10 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants at Yonge and Bloor (Yorkville). There is also an indoor pool. I would definitely stay here again.

To be honest, I’m really disappointed with this stays, during the day, I faced a lot of issues like unprepared room, the night I was checked in. I know I was a little bit late. But that’s not an excuse that there’s no towels in the room. I only found out after I took a shower and already wet. The phone in the room is not specified which one is to reach the front desk so I had to cover myself with water and go to the front desk to ask, Where is the towel, and does the hotel providing the towels? end up discovering the detail stocking as insufficient that night. It is understandable but still unpleasant experience. Moreover, I was promised with $18 breakfast credit. That’s why I went to the dining to try their breakfast selection end up discovering that I do not receive such credit due to I was booking the hotel through other organization, which is also understandable, but it was really misleading. Consider that the reason why I am trying the hotel breakfast. Anyway, too much happening I don’t think I will recommend it.
