The staff were very good and helpful. The sheets for both beds were very marked up and we had to have them changed multiple times. The floor in the room, as well as the shower could have been cleaned better. Dust and hair were found in both. The experience was not great and I will not stay here again.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Without a doubt this has the best designed rooms I Have ever stayed in. They are fully automated With comfortable beds and excellent amenities. One criticism is the television service. Poor selection and not easy to navigate.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel as we were attending a concert in Toronto for my birthday. From start to finish the staff were accommodating, professional and very attentive. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and well maintaine. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Toronto

A modern, quality hotel in a great location.

Canopy Yorkville is the most modern hotel I've ever stayed at. The tactile control panels in the room are great. You can control everything in the room from panels that are located beside the beds or in the foyer. The beds are comfortable. The shower is great. The location is first rate for Toronto. I hope to be back soon.
