"I think it's the best hotel in town. The staff is very accommodating and you can't beat the location. I also love the spa area but they recently replaced the steam room with a sauna I wish it was steam since that is hard to find in hotels and I enjoyed it very much in the past. Other than that my favorite hotel in the city"

"Room was clean and good size. Bathroom was very nice and modern. The lobby was under repair and boarded off, felt tight and quite drab and there was no warning beforehand of the lobby renovation. Hopefully the redesign is better appointed. "

"Good location, close to transit, many options for shopping, restaurants nearby. Room was small, but has modern style and lots of storage. Large tv. Cramped toilet/shower area if you are not a thin person. Shower floor was slippery, I stood on a towel to get some traction. Check-in and rooms are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. My room was close to the heavy entrance door, which slams loudly. Other rooms further away wouldn't hear it as much. Despite the shortcomings would stay again."

"The property is great! There are shops nearby, you can walk or take the tram into the center or any areas of Toronto. The Staple Center, the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and Harbour Front Centre are all in walking distance. The only reason I am giving the amenities a 3 out of 5 is because there was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service. You had to go out to get food. Otherwise, a great hotel. I would book again!"
