Thom and his wife were always available and both spoke good English. Rooms are clean, tidy but small (some people leave their bags outside the room). Beds are comfortable and warm. Bathroom and shower facilities are excellent.The hostel is very close to Nippori-Toneri Liner (station NT03) which gives very quick access to the JR Yamanote Line in Tokyo, so getting to and from central Tokyo is a quick commute.Best of all the hostel is inexpensive, so if you are a backpacker on a budget (or even a family of four like us) then it's a great a place to stay. I would happily stay there again if I were going back to Tokyo.If you use What3Words the hostel is at ///booklet.dolphins.decays
