100% recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath is stellar (sauna, indoor bath, outdoor bath and ice cold bath) and you can wash your clothes while you bathe. The free evening ramen and icy pole were lovely to come back to after roaming Akihabara. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but if you're going out a lot, you won't notice. Also the location is very convenient, close to a few JR and metro stations so it's easy to leave and to come back to.

The room was smaller than the other places I’ve stayed in Tokyo. It’s right by the train so it was loud 24/7. It’s nice that they had ramen at night and they have a washer and dryer making it convenient to wash clothes.

Facilities were good. Very strict on no tattoos in onsene. Also checking in was not as smooth as it xould be because they use an automated system that didn't recognize the Expedia reservation. Otherwise location was great and staff were very helpful
