Great spot in central Tokyo.

It’s a great location, easy access from the Yamanote line. Great shower with amazing water pressure. Lots of plugs with each bed for charging.

The surrounding were fun and safe. This property is hard to find, better directions should accompany details. It was easy to enter with the code. Having luggage was difficult to get up the stairs. Also, the laundry was not free, there was a charge, so take some change.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here during a quick two day trip to Tokyo. We found the area to have great restaurants and the grocery store was located nearby. There was a helpful map and instructions on lights, air conditioning and the area which was super convenient. The place itself is very small but we knew that when we made the booking. I'd stay here again for sure.

Prime location, but not clean, poor communication

Overall, this place was good. The location is what really made it good. The apartment itself was dirty. There was a lot of dust, it looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while, and it looked like the bare minimum was done for cleaning. It would be nice if it was detailed cleaned after each stay. The communication was not good. They made it required to call on the phone in order to get any information about how to check into the hotel. Since it is unmanned, you need a code to enter the room. I had to use my personal phone abroad, which costs money for each minute, in order to get the check in instructions emailed to me. Why not just email it to me in the first place? Also, on the phone, communication was done entirely in Japanese. I feel sorry for those who cannot speak any Japanese trying to communicate. Again, the best part about this stay was the location. But communication and cleanliness could use a lot of improvement.

子連れで利用しました。清潔で過ごしやすかったです。洗面所に手洗い石鹸が備えてあればなお良かったです。周辺は繁華街で、大人であればご飯には困らなそうでした。そして、その割に静かでした。エレベータはないので、荷物を運ぶのは少し大変でした。この辺りの用があるときはまた利用したいです。

駅からわかりやすく コンビニも近い 飲食も飲み屋街だったので困らなかった。 泊まる部屋が三階で、階段だったので キャリーケースを持って上がるのには大変だった。 部屋も全ての物が揃っていて よかった。 また利用させてもらいた。

駅からも近く、お店もたくさんあります。部屋も綺麗でした。2泊だったのでタオルが2泊分あると助かります。バスタオル、フェイスタオル予備があると嬉しい、洗濯機は備えついてますが、遊び倒して帰って洗濯するのはすこししんどかったです。
