Exceeded my expectations. I hear the hotel room is small in Japan, but our room size is better than what we expected. Service is great. Definitely will consider thos hotel if we visit Tokyo again

Such a cute and safe hotel! The staff was super friendly. Loved the common area with free coffee, soft drinks, etc. It was super convenient to refill my water bottle there every morning! Great location near the Akihabara station but removed enough from the chaos, along with a couple other useful stations nearby. A great home base to sightsee. Strong recommend, especially to solo (female) travelers who want somewhere safe to stay!

The location of the hotel is good and easy to find. The hotel and room is clean and good. They have a lounge at the reception area providing free coffee, tea and soft drink for hotel guests. Nice lounge area.

Fantastic hotel in great location

My stay at the hotel was fab. Everything was perfect, staff friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Free coffee, tea, soft drinks in the reception area as well as other amenities such as face wash, body lotion, etc. Akiba is also a great area-hotel is close to the station with mainly train lines.
