As my original Flight from San Antonio was delayed for technical issues, I had to be rerouted via Chicago and lost 5 hours. I called the Hotel to let them know that I would be arriving late and when I got to the hotel, a little bit after 12 am on May 20th. 2025, the Front Office Manager would not accept my Credit Card. He informed me that as I had arrived later then 12 am, I would have to make my payment in CASH! If it was not for a Japanese customer who was also checking in, and who made my case with the Front Office Manager, I would have had to make my payment with Cash, but she helped.
