To put it briefly …..Some staff members courteous but not customer service oriented. We were two in a room set up for one. First day difficult to get wash cloth Body wash was missing. We did speak to manager about the process we went thru to get some of that Even after our room was cleaned still left room for one had get wash cloth which seemed to be hard to come by.

Good value for the money.

The check in was easy and room was spacious and clean. Parking as you came in was a little awkward. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Pillows could be a little harder but that is personal preference.

They changed our original booking, then they didn’t correctly put our room for the stay originally booked. The breakfast was not kept up with at all. Had to ask for stuff and no one around to fill the food, plates or drinks.
