Chalet of 140 m2 on 2500 m2 of land; stunning views of Lake Geneva, Switzerland; very quiet residential area; parking and garage; terrace-balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, ski resorts and lake access 5 min drive; major ski resorts: Avoriaz and Chatel 30 min 45 min -Morzine, access to the Swiss boat or by road (Evian 5 KM), cheese (20m) and shops in the village (300m), post office, city hall, church and restaurants accessible by foot; Many mountain walks, mountain bike trails, horseback riding, golf, tennis, field 100 m balls.


Large Savoyard wooden chalet consists of 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and one on the ground floor) possibility of an additional room on request. Room 1, 3 and 4 have 140 beds, bedroom 2 with two beds 90, and the extra room with a bed 140 (150 euros extra charge) Each room has large closets.
Double room: chimney side (the chimney is used with caution, the cottage is made of wood) with a sofa and two armchairs and a TV side with a sofa and armchair, a dining-room table for 10 people, living-dual dining room opening onto terrace view of Lake Geneva, Switzerland with garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two ovens Fondue and Raclette services). Upstairs bath-room and toilet and the ground floor is a bathroom with separate toilet plus washing machine. Garage (one car) and parking. Drawer freezer; wood charcoal barbecue, sunbathing.

maison très bien situé décoration un peu ancienne mais charmante, aurait besoin d'un bon coup de ménage et d'un aspirateur qui fonctionne, sinon tout est conforme et agréable comme sur les photos, je recommande cette location

Skønt stort hus og beliggende i en fantastisk natur. Tæt på Geneve søen, hvor der er lækker badeforhold. Imødekommende og søde værter. Det hele værd! Vil gerne komme igen!

A ne pas manquer !
Voilà un authentique chalet savoyard ! Une vue à oublier d'en terminer votre petit déjeuner ! La terrasse vous permet même d'y prendre votre déjeuner et votre dîner ! Le Leman surplombe les champs à perte de vue, les cloches des vaches voisines terminent le tableau. On a hâte de revenir en hiver pour profiter des appareils à fondue et des appareils à raclettes. Le chalet est super bien équipé, tout est fonctionnel, le vintage a son charme. Les années passant, certaines pièces sont refaites à neuf comme la SdB et les chambres du RdC. Vous n'êtes pas dans cette location inspirée par une page de catalogue de meubles scandinaves mais dans une maison qui a du vécu, du vrai. On sent qu'ici il y a eu des mamies qui ont préparé des gâteaux à leurs petits enfants. Et c'est pour ça qu'on s'y sent comme à la maison. Pour nous ça a plutôt été orangeades au retour des randos, qui pour certaines avaient un départ au pied du chalet. Nous avons été accueillis très agréablement et bien renseignés. Merci et à bientôt !

Logement bien situé pour accéder aux randonnées en montagne ou aux plages du lac Leman en 15 mn. Logement très bien équipé et spacieux même pour 10 personnes. Très belle vue sur le lac Leman.

Der erste Eindruck ganz ok, super Lage und toller Blick auf den Genfer See
Das Haus zeigt an manchen Stellen schon etwas Renovierungsbedarf an. Das Geschirr, zum Teil überdimensional durcheinander zusammen gesetzt( keine Weingläser vorhanden) und in den Schränken alles erst mal säubern müssen. Der Grill nicht funktionsfähig, die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert auch nicht richtig….für den Preis und auch bei längeren nicht vermieteten Zeitraum sollte man doch mal eine komplette Grundreinigung vornehmen und vielleicht auch mal etwas entrümpeln….weniger und dafür gepflegt wäre für den Urlaubsgast mehr. Das wäre dann auch weiterzu empfehlen! Und ein NOGO ist, das die Dame, die den Schlüssel verwaltet, während unserer Abwesenheit im Haus war und wohl nach dem „ Rechten“ geschaut hat……
