"The only issue was lack of staff at breakfast. The staff that were there were working hard but struggled to keep things topped up whilst coffee machines needed emptying/filling up and tables needed clearing. Food was good quality and plentiful"

"Rooms: only 2 x3 pin plug sockets on opposite side room to bed. No sockets or charge points by bed. Room had not been properly cleaned with dirty coffee pod on tray add in machine. No air con only upright fan using 1 of sockets. Access for disabled poor steps down to lift and/or up from dining area ..."
