"The owner Tony, called me before our arrival to check what time we would get there and any dietry requirements. He was friendly and welcoming. The room was at the back of the property so very little noise was heard from the main road. It was a perfect location for our plans that weekend, close to all our destinations, some lovely pubs nearby within walking distance. Lovely cooked breakfast at the time we requested."

"Nice hotel albeit a little dated in places. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The food is best classified as “pub” food but it is quick and good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
