Great location and beautiful yard. There were some key items missing. Tea towels for the kitchen. Soap and towel for the 1/2 bath. Did not find the iron and ironing board. There was only a couch in the living room and there wasn’t enough seating for our group. Had to bring in the kitchen chairs. Lots of cigarette butts (none of us smoke) left outside in containers.

The house was clean and worked for our week-long ball trip, and having a working washer and dryer was a definite plus. However, the lack of air conditioning made it very difficult to sleep after playing ball all day in the heat. The oven didn’t work during our stay, and the kitchen had only the bare minimum when it came to utensils. There was also a noticeable lack of bath towels and hand towels, and no dish towels were provided at all, which made daily cleanup a bit frustrating.It was also a surprise to find that a large portion of the home is locked off, and the owners live in the basement — meaning guests do not have access to the full house. While it covered some of the basics, the limited amenities and lack of comfort features made the stay less than ideal.
