Our room was damp, musty and stale smelling. We found this to be from the leaking AC unit. The area around the unit was soaking. When I informed the front desk of the issue they said they would look into it. I was then told it was dealt with. the solution was to put towels on top of the leaking water. This caused them to hold more water and increase the damp smell in the room. The employee who originally checked us in was pleasant and helpful. After that very few of the employees look up from their cell phones and seem very disinterested in assisting. Our room had windows into the lobby which allow light and noise into the. The hallways smelt like sewage for the entire three day stay.

I was generally impressed with the property and quality of service. The pool on the other hand was the sketchiest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There was zero evidence of chlorine use. The pool room smelt like mildew. And I was scared to swim as I had no idea what disease(s) I’d catch given the obvious lack of chlorination of the pool water.
