Clean but needs better communication with guests
The room itself was very nice. Clean and felt newish. I don’t know why some hotels eliminate the bed sheet, but this is one of them. There is only a comforter and no sheet. Also the purpose of this stay was to use the water park on our last day before our early evening flight. They did not mention that you are required to have a wrist band in order to use the park, or which you must obtain before checking out. This was not clear to us, as we have never stayed here before. So it was a huge hassle to get a wrist band after we had checked out. Otherwise the facilities are great. The water park definitely is a highlight and I wouldn’t pass it up. Also the amount of aquariums on the property is pretty spectacular.
