We stayed for four nights across two rooms, and overall the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s a very large hotel, but it felt well managed, with good facilities and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The staff were especially helpful and friendly throughout our stay. My only minor disappointment was that our Expedia Gold status wasn’t formally recognized, so I came away feeling that booking directly with the hotel may offer better benefits in the long run.
