Needs a facelift

Overall the hotel is fine for a short stay, but our room was dirty (carpet needed to be vacuumed and couch was stained) and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel could use an update. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

My family's room was spacious, with an added cot provided for our family of five. The only issue perhaps was their waffle maker which didn't work Saturday morning, but someone fixed it. The coffee/tea station was great. Towels are available in the pool.

Great manager, Maya. Very good staff. Good communication. Room very good, except no freezer compartment in frig. The breakfast is AWFUL. Processed crap and plastic. Limp greasy bacon. Processed scrambled eggs. These are not eggs…Hilton should renovate the kitchen and make real eggs. Not worthy of Hilton name. The base is close and lots of service folks stay at this hotel. They deserve better!!!
