Well the heating was bad. I day in a chair an it it fell apart. Lights not working. Mysterious hairs on the bed sheets. Advertised breakfast (nothing)

Unfortunately, they we're under repair??.. Which I wasn't aware off, and had asked for a first floor accommodation, due to some physical restriction, they only had a second floor, for us, and only stairs, and not help with baggage.. Unfortunately, it wasn't workable for us. Unfortunately, I had to bother the front desk person three times, over a 20 min. period, as he wasn't available at the desk, and had to come from somewhere else in the building. He did refund our reservation, "fully" which I appreciated, and we hope they will get things "squared away" for future guests..

Hotel is currently under renovation. My room was clean but the rug was old and stained and the tub drain was slow so I was standing in water as I showered. Kind of icky. Also, there really is no free breakfast. There is coffee and mini muffins. Also, upstairs hallway has a broken, taped up window that really needs to be repaired ASAP. I wouldn't stay here with children.

Hotel under total renovation

I had arrived at 3 pm. As I entered the lobby, I almost tripped and injured myself over broken and removed floor tiles. As I looked around the lobby, the entire hotel was under a major renovation. New studded walls were up with exposed wires. Looking down both halls, piles of sheet rock were lined up outside each room, beds were stacked in the hall. No management had been found. I waited for 30 minutes and made reservations at another hotel which had cost me another $165.00 more than this one. This was the only one available in the area. Either that, or drive home in 4 1/2 - 5 hours. I called Travelocity and told them my situation that I was not a no show and the hotel was a no show on two phone calls at two days, Saturday and Sunday. This is Wednesday, I haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed I better no get charged as a no show
