"Staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was not super great outside of our hotel room, and there were stains on our blankets. There weren’t towels in the pool area 3/4 times we went swimming. We had to go to the clear front of the hotel when we needed new towels everyday so that was annoying. The shower we got leaked EVERYWHERE and the sink took HOURS to drain. The amount we spent on this hotel was outrageous for how the hotel itself was. Definitely not worth the money we spent, just ridiculous. The breakfast was good- that’s about it."
