Two bedroom two bath courtyard pool view with one car garage. Golf Cart rentals available.

Updated two bedroom, two bathroom, townhouse with a private one car garage with close proximity to the beach. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and a new stair chair lift installed for guests needing assistance to bedrooms. Apply for use. Deposit required. Each bedroom has a balcony, one with a slight view of the ocean. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds.
Designated WIFI throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for meal preparation.
A full size washer/dryer are located in the garage. Eight beach chairs and eight beach towels are furnished. A charchoal grill is furnished for your family enjoyment.
The Ponce Landing complex is an oceanfront complex with grounds that are beautifully maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach
**Additional Pet Fees Apply. Some breeds are not allowed per complex rules. Please see the contract.

This fee will be added after VRBOAirbnb emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment. The HOA has added a new form each pet guests must complete and return to me. This will be emailed to you with the contract to sign.

Supplies

Make sure that you take additional toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. If you use either much, you need more. Other supplies were good. Towels etc. comfortable beds. Step lift needs removed if not usable going upstairs. Pool was great. Host Patty was great. Great stay and close to the beach.

My only issue with my stay was that it went way too fast. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked as described. So convenient to the pool and the beach! Nice, quiet, family area. Look forward to a return trip!

While the townhouse allowed pets, the property identified a very small area for walking my medium sized dog, which was about 1/2 block from the townhouse only accessible through the parking lot. The parking lot lighting was almost nonexistent so getting to the dog walk area at night was concerning. Due to the wet weather (not blaming anyone for the weather) I was very concerned about falling in the parking lot.

Loved the unit right off the pool

The garage was such a blessing for us. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, and our bikes. It was nice to know all of the items were safe in the garage.

Great Pet Friendly Stay

For being a pet friendly apartment, it was very clean. For our family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Patty the Manager was also very nice and super helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to St. Augustine and she helped us find a place to fix it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Wonderful cozy condo!

We had the best time with our kids at the beach! This was such a pretty condo & loved the short walk to the beach. Loved being provided with chairs & things for the beach, definitely came in handy! The lady who rents it is a sweetheart! Definitely looking forward to renting again in the future!!

St Augustine first timers

This trip was perfect and this unit couldn’t have been better. It was only steps from the two pools and the beach. We stayed there for over a month and had no issues. There are a number of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book here again.

The only complaint we have is that the beds in the guest bedrooms were in bad condition. The sheets were stained and the box springs were coming apart. The mattresses were warped and uncomfortable. Unfortunately this made out stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. The location was very ideal though and the rest of the unit was great.
