I have stayed at the Renaissance a couple of times in the past. The hotel has declined very much since my last stay. It should be closed and renevated completely. beds where very substantard, matterses where very hard and completely worn out. I will never stay there again

This property is stuck in a very sad area since the World of Golf is still there empty and looking shabby. They get lots of kids on sports tournaments. Very noisy still at midnight and couldn’t sleep. They did give us a free breakfast and parking to compensate. Charging for parking is ridiculous since people park in this big lot for free to go to Cafdyshack. Balcony table was never cleaned and uncomfortable to sit out there. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel tucked in away from the highway but still close enough. Excellent options for restaurant, bar and breakfast. Rooms are clean and quiet. Bar and restaurant servers are excellent. We will definitely stay here when we travel again.

Wonderful staff and great little lobby bar. Though the property is a little dated, it’s very clean and provides a little old school nostalgia with the rock fountains in the center courtyard. We’ll stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here before and it was immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff was really nice. But, this time our stay was uncomfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a balcony room, however the balcony area had mold/ algae, dead bugs and debris. In The restroom the tub was all rusted and worn. The sink was stopped up; took the sink stopper out and the water still was going down slow.

We really like the room, it was really clean. The negative points: the bedroom's furniture had no drawers for the clothes, and the bathroom's fixtures need to be replaced they were all rusty. In regards to service; one of the reasons we chose this hotel is the room service, but the restaurant didn't honor the service times (we tried to order 10min before the time) Also when trying to order, they wouldn't answer the phone. We tried 3 or 4 times in 10 to 12 min intervals. We had to call the front office so we could place the order
