Great amenity is an attached single car garage with additional storage space for bikes & beach toys. Full Size washer/dryer in garage. Updates include new sofas in living area & kitchen appliances. New laminated tile living area, stairs and entire upstairs bedrooms & foyer. Ceramic tiled kitchen. Master host king bed and balcony view of ocean. Guest has queen & full beds with balcony view of courtyard pool. Patio and balcony have views of courtyard pools and short walk to beach. Wonderful vacation rental.
