The mattress and pillows were horrible. Was there for two nights could not sleep comfortably and woke up each day with a headache. The pillows were hard as a board, the mattresses sunk in the middle, and had my feet pointing into a missile launch position. I would not recommend this location until there is an upgrade of both.

The stay was fine and what we needed. However, given the cost for the stay I did not expect the bathroom lock to be sawed and never repaired. And, extremely limited parking which was very inconvenient given that I had to pay $15/night and had it not been for the 2 electrical vehicle parking spaces, I would not have had where to park. Mind you, this is including the park of the Hampton Inn and Best Western because I was told to look for parking at the Hampton Inn.

Terrible experience. No Ac, clogged sink, roaches in the room and in coffee maker and remote control, the mildew and mold smell took me to the urgent care, stayed up all night and cut the vacation short and left 6 am after check in. The refrigerator was frozen could not use, No parking. Blood stains on the bed platform, dirty and dusty floor boards and lamp shades. When talking to front desk I was advised to call corporate. Terrible experience.

Upon arrival, there was an unexpected parking fee. This had to be prepaid the first night, which is ok if they are providing parking. The second night there were no parkings when we returned. There was a car illegally parked in the handicapped, that the staff had allowed to do so when they weren't even guests of the hotel, while I am handicap and now had nowhere to park. They wanted me to park in tow away zones and the hotel next door, even though they had already charged me for a parking space all 3 nights. The shower door only opens from one end. The shower head does not move, therefore you are hit with freezing water while trying to turn the shower on. The room had an odor when arriving, the ac didnt want to turn on and the wall mount was completely dead.

The location is great! Other than that the hotel is dirty. Our bathroom was dirty and clogged when we arrived. The conditioner was extremely loud and old. Overall I don't recommend to stay in this property.
