Elegancia lujosamente relajante arriba

La casa fue construida en 1924 y somos los segundos propietarios. Ha estado en nuestra familia desde 1974. Este apartamento ocupa todo el piso de arriba y tiene una escalera delantera y trasera. El porche está cerrado con ventanas originales de paneles múltiples fijos y sellados con persianas. Tiene corazón de pisos de pino en la sala de estar / comedor y las dos habitaciones. Hay azulejos en la cocina, baño y porche. Hay molduras de techo en todas partes, medallones de techo, techos de 10 pies y carácter en abundancia. Tiene calefacción central y aire. La cocina está equipada con utensilios de cocina, vajilla, vajilla, vasos de bar, cafetería, olla de cocción lenta, gofrera, batidora, batidora, tostadora, tetera eléctrica y otros artículos varios. El refrigerador tiene hielo y agua en la puerta. La estufa tiene una estufa de cerámica lisa con horno autolimpiante. Hay lavavajillas, microondas y triturador de basura. Hay una valla de celosía alrededor de la cubierta con una puerta de cerrojo deslizante para mayor privacidad.

Delightful get-away in St. Augustine !

Where to start. . ? MaryAnn's place was absolutely perfect in every way. The beauty of the interior -- fashioned with exquisite taste & the finest of materials . Thoughtfully provided kitchen implements & any thing else you could possible need or want. Beautiful & tasteful decor wherever we looked. Loved the vast selection of books and the electric fireplace! Not really walking distance for us to St. Augustine but we really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhood's shops & restaurants. (We especially liked our experiences with "The Raintree" & " Cafe L'amore." Maryann was a joy to work with -- so patient & kind. She has put together an awesome opportunity!

Beautiful apartment in St. Augustine!

Casa de Flora is a lovely apartment in St. Augustine. It was just amazing!! The 2 bedroom Floridian apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was just perfect for our visit. Our hosts were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I spent 3 glorious weeks in Casa de Flora "C". The unit was decorated elegantly, comfortably and was immaculate, and also well equipped with all the extras! The property location was fantastic, walking distance to historic downtown and the many restaurants. Better than a 5 star hotel...highly recommend...thank you Maryann and Bill :)

Birthday vacation

While looking through rentals, I found that this property, as well as Bill and Mary, had recieved excellent reviews and feedback. After my experience, I must say that everything lived up to expectations. The place was perfect, communication was smooth, and the location made traveling around the area very easy. If you're in St. Augustine, I strongly recommend this one.

Charm & Character Galore

Better than the photos. The owners have thought of every potential need and then some. We felt like we were in a darling French cottage with so much character. Sipping coffee on the sun porch while listening to old records was beyond enjoyable. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, lovely art, classic elegance will make for wonderful memories. It was very cold during our stay so we didn’t get to use the rooftop patio, but it was an adorable spot as well. The only possible negative is that the area could be a bit noisy with loud cars at times. I’m sensitive to noise, but there are so many positives that it was a minor thing. We would happily stay again. Well done Mary Ann and Bill!

My husband and I had a great first experience in St. Augustine particularly due to this amazing property. It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, everything you could think of needing they have and it is a short walk from downtown. You cannot go wrong staying here! We loved it and hope to return!

Beautiful Casa de Flora

We found this little place (Casa de Flora)last minute! Believe me when I say the pictures do no justice(everything was exactly the way it was pictured). My daughter was amazed at the different types of coffee makers :). This is an amazing little place to stay, very clean, very quiet and in walking distance to downtown St Augustine. We had no issues at all. We loved everything about the apartment and we will be returning!! Thank you Mary Ann for everything.

So much better than we thought!

This is a beautiful property! So clean and everything you could need. The beds are so so comfortable! Open deck upstairs is awesome for hanging out. You can't beat the location. You can walk to so many of the sites and the shops. Easy to hop on the trolley, too. The owner had great communication. She was so sweet and left a surprise goodie and a welcome note. We'll be back!

A perfect getaway!!!

Upon entering this beautiful home, there was soft music playing, flowers, bakery treats and a personal note to welcome us! The place was immaculate and filled with many extras! The 2 bedrooms were great - very comfortable beds! We will absolutely visit again!!!!

Such a wonderful VRBO

We walked in and could not believe how beautiful the house was. Communication with owner was excellent and check in was seamless. This home is immaculate and all the little touches and attention to detail were noticed. Bed was super comfortable and ample extra towels, etc. Were supplied. We would definitely stay again!
