Amazing house with a pool and amazing views. It was a very short walk to the beach. Close to the historic district of St Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time, just what we were looking for! My daughter is autistic and she loved a mellow setting, the pool was perfect and private. Seeing the ocean from the house was relaxing and peaceful! The communication with owners was great and they were able to assist immediately if we had an inquiries. Would stay again! The only issue we ran into was my daughter was confused by the elevator so we had to go out the back door and down the steps to the pool. We were able to coach around that and were successful!

Very convenient to the beach, both walking or driving onto it. The home was clean. There were multiple places where spackling had been done but the walls hadn’t been painted. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were not great, but I’ll admit I’m a pillow snob and usually bring my own. While there was a cool elevator, there were no interior stairs which was a little weird. Plenty of towels. While we didn’t really cook there was a nice collection of kitchen appliances, dishes and even spices and seasonings in the home.

Perfect Location!!!

The "Atlantic Splash" is in the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you would want to do in St. Augustine. The pool was the perfect addition on the hot days after the beach which was shaded from the afternoon sun. The house also has a great view of the Atlantic from the 2nd story deck and are close enough to hear the waves!!! The layout of the house worked for us being a family of six and the elevator was nice since you had to exit the lower floor to get to the pool and beach. Management was very responsive to any concerns we had, would highly recommend!!

Family Fun

We had a very nice stay. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had a variety of spices available to us. The elevator was wonderful for us due to a family member having MS. The main floor off the garage is spacious,it felt like a small one bedroom apartment. The bathroom is small with a small, clean stand up shower. The game room was in the living space off of the main floor. The bedroom was spacious and clean. It did have a musty smell, we had the air conditioning and a fan running which helped. There was a side door to go out to the pool area which was nice. You can get to the upstairs by the stairs going up to the door or with the elevator. This area holds the kitchen, an eating area, living room and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a full bath and laundry attached, this is off of the living room. There is not a terrific view from this room. The room and bathroom are spacious. The second bedroom faces the ocean and has a door wall to go out and sit on the deck. This bedroom has a half bath across the hall that is a jack and Jill bathroom to the full bath. The living room, eating area and kitchen have a nice view of the ocean. The deck that runs across the homes length has seating and a view of the ocean and pool. The pool and the yard are very nice. The path to get to the beach is next to the home. It is a little bit of a walk down the path to get to the beach but once there it is beautiful. We would stay here again. Very nice.

Great little vacay

We really enjoyed staying at Atlantic Splash! Excellent location just across a quiet residential street from the beach. Great sunrise view every morning with a nice big balcony to sit and have coffee. The house was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and 3 bathrooms which was wonderful. One bedroom and bath downstairs was nice for my friend and her husband since they like to sleep in late, it was like they had their own little apartment, and I didn't disturb them since I'm an early riser. The pool was a fantastic added touch! We spent one full day of our 3 day vacay just floating around in the pool. We actually never even laid out on the beach, but went for walks every morning with our dog. The beach was beautiful, very wide. The walk there wasn't "long" but would have been a little challenging with a load of stuff due to some small dunes you have to walk up. Don't think a beach cart would make it. You can drive onto the beach but I would only do it if you have 4 wheel drive as the sand in the driving lane was very soft. The house also had all kinds of pool toys, some chairs for the beach and tons of nice new beach towels. Full size washer and dryer were also a bonus. Very close to St. Augustine for dining and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole trip and the area as we had never been here before even though we live in Orlando suburbs. We will definitely be back!! Thank you David!!

Warm Getaway

Atlantic Splash was a great spot for our warm weather getaway. Everything was as advertised and the communication was outstanding. They even helped get some free tickets for our sightseeing. Great property.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time at the house. We enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and pool. We enjoyed sitting on deck listening and seeing the ocean. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and a few boogie boards. We liked having the elevator to bring luggage up and down. The only thing that could be improved on is the door lock code worked on the upstairs door keypad but not the downstairs door keypad. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed everything about it. Property is as advertised - close to beach, excellent deck area, spacious and clean inside. Convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store. Don’t underestimate how good it is to have the pool - our granddaughter loved it as a change to the beach…and she could not get over the inside elevator! Would stay here again for sure.

Overall positive, enjoyable experience

Our family had a great vacation in this house. Size was perfect for us with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and the elevator were wonderful features. Management was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. Improvements I would suggest would be airconditioning and kitchen. Although we were able to work with both some updating would make it more enjoyable,

Private location in less crowded area of St Augustine

The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all of our pre trip questions about the property. The location is in a less commercialized area of St Augustine which was very nice and the beach was not crowded. Nice long stretch of beach. The walk to the beach was a little further and more strenuous than we were expecting with carrying the chairs and tent but there are two public beach access points within blocks where you can drive on to the beach.

Amazing location

It is a block off the beach with very convenient access via a sand path. You have good views is the ocean from the house. The pool is a nice bonus. The neighborhood is nice. The AC worked well. Be advised, there are no indoor stairs to go between the upstairs and downstairs, which is an issue if you have young children, as one of the bedrooms is down there. There was not a way to enter through the downstairs door. Furniture and cleanliness were average to below average, but the price for location is great. So, a bit of a compromise. Property managers are easy to deal with and there is good communication.

Birthday Weekend

Got away to St. Augustine for our twin's sweet 16 birthday. Rental was in a central location to the activities we planned. There were a couple of maintenance issues but the team took care of them promptly. The pool was heated and the girls enjoyed it. The house is older and in need of some updating and minor repairs. The beach is close but a challenging walk up and down the dunes. Not ideal for our elderly guests. All in all the rental was a good experience in a central location and we would go back again.

Great little area!

We had a blast here! the kids loved the heated pool, especially on some cooler days. The beach was only a quick little walk down a path and the only "road" you had to cross only had other house traffic. So to say, "it wasn't busy at all," was still an exaggeration. We'd definitely book again

Dont Even Hesitate

Selfishly I'd love to say something negative so this home is always available when we travel to St. Augustine, but that would 100% be a lie.... This place had it all, and it starts with the location and views. Plenty of space for our entire party, all thr modern amenities you expect, excellent communication from David and his team, and a heated pool in case the beach isnt for you. From start to finish we LOVED it! To have an opportunity every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean, from the upstairs balcony, was incredible. Bonus points for the elevator which made bringing in our luggage a breeze. Again, no reason to think about this one, its one of a kind!

Wonderful spot right by the beach!

We absolutely loved this property. Short walk down a path to the beach directly from the backyard. The heated pool was so nice for us since we had a few cold days during our stay. Our boys (1 and 4) loved the elevator and thought it was the coolest thing to see in a house. Our family stayed on the floor level with a king bed, futon and bathroom but was nice to have the privacy of our own floor while the in laws were upstairs. Nice short drive to the main city for shops and dining. Easy to find and has lots of amenities for us upon arrival. Had lots of beach chairs to use, pool toys and accessories, lots of towels, sheets and blankets, toiletries and other things. The garage was clear and we were able to park in it and set up a corn hole game on the colder days. All in all we really loved staying here!
