We went to this part of Florida to do some birding and just be by the ocean, so we just wanted a place to stay for a week where we could do our own cooking etc. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, quiet, good location for doing day excursions and it was very comfortable. Stacy was excellent to work with before, during and after our stay. Should we ever go back to St. Augustine we would definitely book it again!

Stacy was great in accommodating some last minute changes to our schedule due to health issues. Dedicated parking for the unit was conveniently located right outside the front door. The unit was clean and located very close to the Ampitheater which was great. We will definitely remember this unit for future visits to St. Augustine.

Very well stocked Condo! The hostess was very quick to answer any questions we had. Very clean, safe location with parking right outside front door. Location is exceptional to go to beach or historic downtown. Many great restaurants within 5 miles and the Ron Parker Memorial Recreation Park just down road on left!
