Good location near the Springfield Cardinals.

One of the cleaning people whose name is Margaret was very sweet if we needed anything. The staff in the dining room were very helpful and friendly also. Other than a few minor things my stay at your hotel was good.

They were very short staffed and it showed. In the morning they had no one in the coffee shop to make coffee, i was told they had someone call in and no one else could do it. The room was quit as far as outside noise goes, but the shower faucet ran continuously. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the thermostat had to be set at 60 to keep the room at about 72.

My room was stinky and there was wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom and calk coming loose in the bathroom but the worse part of all was that the room was smelly!

Hotel is a good place two pools nice lobby and close to everything…. That being said they now charge you 10$ a day to park I called and questioned the charge and the manager was kind of rude but did refund 26$ for parking for two days we booked on Expedia and it said all charges included just a 75$ deposit required at property not a huge deal just wish they would be up front on charges probably won’t be back after the manager got short with me about my inquiry

The rooms and pool were great. We had a couple of issues. They have free breakfast but only ON WEEKENDS - important to know if you’re traveling during the week. Also they have laundry but it’s coin operated and the manager wasn’t there so we couldn’t buy quarters - they may want to switch to the card operated kind of allow their other employees access to the coins.
