My car’s back window was broken on hotel’s parking lot during midnight, the theft took away 2 bags from my car. . No elevator in the hotel building, so it’s difficult to carry all my luggages to room. It’s very terrible experience. The parking lot of the hotel is very easy for the theft passing cross, so it’s very unsafe to park in the hotel’s park lot. There are a lot of homeless in the city. It’s very unsafe to stay there.

I was not real happy about not getting room service even though it says daily room service. When I asked for clean towels and some more soap, all I got was literally towels no wash rags and no soap. My garbage is were overfilling.. come on… don’t advertise daily room service and then tell me they only do room service on Thursdays.

i didnt take advantage of the emenities. but our room was great. love the balcony. walked across to hayward to watch our daughter compete. if you are deciding between springfield and eugene, pay the extra 25 a night to stay in eugene - you will spend it in parking. we do have to go back to springfield to charge the tesla though.

Convenient and very friendly hosts!

Our stay at Hayward Inn was great! We enjoyed the convenient location, Very spacious, comfortable room, sumptuous breafasts and hospitable front desk staff. The Inn is walkable to Hayward Field, seveal nice eateries and a cute market and a short Uber ride to downtown with lots more to explore. Loved our stay!

Loud sleepiness night

They placed me next to the service room where they must do laundry. All night long a loud buzzer kept going off and it sounded like it was in my room. It was the longest night of no sleep.
