The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. The "continental breakfast" was pretty sad. Stale mini cinnamon rolls, bread to toast with no butter, granola bars, spoiled fruit. The room was basic and ok, but there were no outlets near the bed, in fact there seemed to be only 1 outlet accessible, and it was in the quite dimly lit bathroom.

The deposit was way too much and it really didn't have that information when reserving for one. I planned ahead a week early and when checked in was told the deposit was 200 and something change and not only that after picking a different place that night. The next day they tried running my credit card

Very inexpensive motel, convenient location to downtown, courteous staff at checkin, room is nice, safe, cozy clean bedding, and modernized along with micro/fridge...but a few setbacks- Fine dust is all around and a few crumbs show if going through with bright flashlight. Recommend every HKer have ultrabright flashlights to work with. TV was confusing with 2 controllers and couldnt switch to cable channels. AC/Heater unit can be loud when kicks on quite often, no noise came from outside. Each time bathroom light turned on it also turned on extremely loud bathroom fan. Will plan to stay again for the value and convenient location

The bathroom didn't have heat, no electrical outlet by the desk, we asked for a extra blanket for each bed and only received one. The male staff member didn't seem very happy and wasn't communitive as should be. The housekeepers were excellent. We both have been in the hospitality business for years and feel that the front desk staff needs a little more training.

The staff was very good. The room appeared to have been recently updated. My one gripe was that the floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned when we arrived. The continental breakfast was very good.
