Tangerine Eugene Guesthouse - central Eugene, Pet yes, bikes, near UO & downtown

Tangerine Eugene is in the heart of the bustling Whitaker neighborhood, blocks from downtown, 1.5 mi to Univ. of Oregon. This fully renovated 1915 guest house is less than a block from eateries, vibrant nightlife, cafes, and is a few blocks to breweries like Ninkasi Brewing, Hop Valley Brewing & Oakshire Brewing yet is nestled in a unique neighborhood. It has a fully fenced and private yard, kitchenette, Wi-Fi , TV and two bikes (the Willamette River Trail is a few blocks away!).
Tangerine was built in 1915. In 2023, the house was in terrible shape; the floors were partially dirt and the roof had a tarp on it. In 2024 and the beginning of 2025 we worked on the house with the help of several Eugene carpenters, plumbers, and electricians (we still had full time jobs ourselves). This house is our only Vrbo and we love it.

This was a great place! Close to lots of fun markets, pubs and restaurants. Good communication throughout the whole booking process and stay. Clean, quiet and has a cute outdoor area to enjoy. Loved the Tangerine Cottage!
