"The room was nice and clean. Checking in was easy. My rating is low because there was an issue with my reservation and instead of adjusting my dates, I had to rebook. There was not a manager on duty so I didn't know if they were going to be kind and dismiss the misbooked room charge. Found out today, they are not. So I was charged for two separate one night stays and the hotel was not worth that much, which brings down my ratings across the board. I understand being a business, I do not understand being greedy. "
