Thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel for your recent stay at Best Western Executive Inn. I am sure your bank must have release the incidental authorization. If not please send me your end of the month official bank statement showing the charges. we will refund it. We explain and show the notice posted at front desk to each and every guests who are using debit and credit how it works. In order to provide you nice, comfy clean and damage free room with best possible rate we must have refundable deposit - if we do not find any damage to furniture and linen as everything is very expensive . We will release that deposit upon your check out. If you use debit/credit card its up to your bank how soon they will put that back on your card. we always suggest to pay Incidental with cash as front desk will check your room in your presence and if nothing is damage you get your cash back at your check out time.
