"We had no hot water on one day of our stay until we asked the front desk and they told us we had to run the sink water on hot and shower , then it took forever to warm up, so needless to say we took cold showers our entire stay, the pool was not available and no one said anything when we booked and that was one of the reasons we chose to stay was because of the outdoor pool, it was tarped.. hallways were super hot entire stay, we had no cleaning gel in shower, it just wasn’t worth the money I paid .. I was very disappointed :("
