We just had a quick one night stay while traveling and we were pleasantly surprised! The beds and pillows were super comfortable!!! Usually we have trouble in hotel beds staying asleep but we slept all night! Room was clean and desk staff were very friendly!

The lady working the front desk watched me and my family walk all the way to our room on the cameras then called our room to make us pay an additional $30 bc I didn’t include my 1 year old on our itinerary. (Bc Expedia only accepts 6 guests, not 7.) The carpet was also disgusting. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet and it felt so dirty too. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are under renovation but for paint chips from the hall to be inside of the room. Also there was mixed color pain on the walls covering holes. The staff was great at checking and did come up to reclean the bathroom and sweep up the floors. I think they should have renovated one floor at a time instead of booking rooms that were not complete.

Upon check in we got off the elevator and there was a strange smell which turned out to be a room that had been converted into a remodeling supply storage. With the door wide open and the lights on. Which also happened to be right next to my room. When I checked the bedside lamp with outlets it wasn't

Horrible

The bathroom was full of flies and the toilet was mounted so low to the ground a baby could use it. I have a registered service dog and after a week I was asked to leave because of pet hair on the linens that they never changed. That is ADA protected! I am left in my car in 90 degree heat with no accommodations as they didn’t answer the phone to Expedia. Expedia said that I would have to find accommodation at my own expense.

The room and all was wonderful except the beds were hard as stones and the toilets in the rooms were set up for a little people convention they were all as low as an elementary school toilet.

Light on a dark day

After a long day of travel and issues with a previous hotel, we arrived at the Best Western. We were immediately welcome with positivity, charm, and friendliness. Lynette showed us what true southern hospitality was. She went above and beyond offering conversation about the local area, restaurants, relaxation and made an incredibly hard day so much better. We were there for 3 nights. Would highly recommended

First room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The second room didn’t have a shower curtain in the tub. The toilet and most of the furniture was too low, making it difucult to get up. The bed was too high.
