I asked the night auditor to leave clear communication for the daytime front office staff and housekeeping that I needed to sleep late undisturbed and the assistant GM called me at 8 AM to ask me what I meant by please don't disturb me. Then the head GM came to work and added nothing except a halfhearted apology. No partial comp or real gesture. If you want to feel like you're under siege from a staff that couldn't care less if you get any peace or rest this is the place for you.

I can’t give a 5 because I was initially put in a room that had some issues so they had to move me to a different room. They handled it well though and apologized profusely. The new room was great and very comfortable. The staff were all really nice and I appreciate that they take pets. I would go back.
